1. Services Provided
Curated Travels Concierge LLC (D.B.A. The Club House) ("we," "us," or "our") provides travel itinerary planning and consultation services. We do not book travel arrangements directly but provide detailed travel recommendations and itineraries for our clients ("you" or "your").
Service Agreement
2. Nature of Service
2.1. Our service is advisory in nature. We research and recommend travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, activities, experiences, and transportation.
2.2. All bookings must be made directly by you with the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).
2.3. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the availability or pricing of any recommended services at the time of booking.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1. Our fees are for consultation and itinerary planning services only.
3.2. Standard Pricing: Each package is listed below and includes a complimentary 60-minute review session of the final itinerary and recommendations.
Weekend Escape (Up to 5 days): $750
Week-long Adventure: $1,200
Two-week Expedition: $2,250
Extended Journeys (21+ days): Custom Quote Based on Scope
3.3. Post-Planning Inquiries: Client may purchase additional refinement sessions ("Add-on Services") following the initial itinerary creation. During these sessions, Provider will continue to modify trip details and address Client inquiries with the same standard of care established during the initial planning phase.
30-Minute Refinement Session: $75
60-Minute Refinement Session: $150
3.4. Expedited services requiring delivery in less than 5 business days will incur a rush fee of 50% in addition to the standard service fee.
3.5. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to commence the travel planning process. Advisor will not begin work on Client's itinerary or provide advisory services until payment has been received and confirmed.
3.6. All fees are quoted and must be paid in USD and include all applicable taxes.
3.7. In the event of a failed payment, declined transaction, or chargeback:
Advisor will attempt to contact Client to resolve the payment issue
Services will be suspended until payment is successfully processed
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. Client Cancellation
Cancellation 30+ days before scheduled delivery: 75% refund
Cancellation 15-29 days before scheduled delivery: 50% refund
Cancellation 8-14 days before scheduled delivery: 25% refund
Cancellation 7 days or less before scheduled delivery: No refund
4.2. Post-Delivery Cancellation
No refunds will be issued after the final itinerary has been delivered; this applies regardless of whether you proceed with the planned travel
4.3. Agency Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel service at any time due to:
Inability to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances
Violation of our terms of service by the client
Failure to provide necessary information by required deadlines
In such cases, refunds will be determined at our discretion based on work completed
5. Service Delivery and Satisfaction
5.1 Delivery Timeline
Standard itineraries will be delivered by the agreed-upon date
Rush services are subject to availability and additional fees
5.2 Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with your itinerary, notify us within 7 days of delivery
We will make reasonable adjustments at no additional cost
This guarantee does not apply if the dissatisfaction is based on factors outside our control
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1. You are responsible for:
Booking all travel arrangements
Ensuring the accuracy of all personal information provided
Obtaining necessary visas, passports, and travel documents
Adhering to health requirements and travel restrictions
Purchasing appropriate travel insurance
Monitoring travel advisories and restrictions
6.2. You acknowledge that travel arrangements may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, political conditions, and public health emergencies.
7. Client Indemnification of Company
7.1. General Indemnification. Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates (collectively, "Company Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, damages, liabilities, judgments, settlements, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) ("Claims") arising out of or resulting from:
a) Client's use of the Services or any materials provided by Company;
b) Client's breach of any provision of this Agreement;
c) Client's violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
d) Any negligent or wrongful act or omission by Client;
e) Any travel undertaken by Client based upon Company's recommendations or Services;
f) Client's failure to obtain appropriate travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, or other required documentation;
g) Any third-party claims related to Client's travel activities or decisions; or
h) Any misrepresentation made by Client to Company.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or government actions. In such cases:
We will attempt to provide modified services if possible
If services cannot be provided, we will issue a credit valid for 12 months
9. Liability and Disclaimers
9.1. We are not liable for:
Any issues arising from bookings made with third-party providers
Changes in pricing or availability of recommended services
Travel disruptions, cancellations, or modifications
Personal injury, loss, or damage during travel
Issues related to travel documentation or eligibility
9.2. All recommendations are made in good faith based on information available at the time of planning.
10. Changes and Modifications
10.1. One round of minor itinerary modifications is included in our base fee. Additional changes may incur extra charges.
10.2. Substantial changes requested after the final itinerary is delivered may be treated as a new service request.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. All itineraries and travel plans created by us remain our intellectual property.
11.2. Documents provided are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.
12. Privacy
12.1. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12.2. You consent to share necessary personal information for the purpose of itinerary planning.
13. Communication
13.1. All official communications must be in writing (email acceptable).
13.2. Response times may vary but typically will not exceed two business days.
14. Governing Law
14.1. These terms and conditions are governed by New Jersey law.
14.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
15. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
